We dispatch all orders through the US Postal Service (USPS) with Delivery Confirmation, typically within 2-3 business days of receiving your paid order. We recommend customers to upgrade to Priority Mail if the total shipping cost is under $5.00, as Priority Mail provides better tracking IDs and service.

Once a shipping confirmation number is generated, your package will be accepted at the Post Office on the same or next business day. Please note that USPS might not display acceptance or tracking information for First Class packages on their website; they are only obligated to show the date and time of package delivery to the recipient.

Estimating arrival times is best done by considering the class of service. First Class Mail (up to 13 oz) usually takes 2-8 business days, while Priority Mail typically takes 1-3 business days from the time of shipment. However, delays can occur due to weather conditions, local carrier service, individual sorting stations, government slowdowns, or disruptions caused by heavy holiday mail volume.

We strongly recommend all customers upgrade to Priority Mail if their package is scheduled for First Class Mail, as we have observed unacceptable delays with First Class Mail in the U.S. We strive to expedite the shipment process with a clean, barcoded label to facilitate swift processing through the postal system.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping due to unreliable shipping carriers and exorbitant shipping fees.

Returns

Returns are infrequent, and we have a specific policy to safeguard goods in transit. If you wish to return any item, please contact us first to obtain a return authorization. You have up to 10 days from the time of receipt to decide on making a return. Returns must include a copy of the invoice and be packaged with bubble wrap or packing material to ensure items reach our warehouse undamaged. Failure to notify us of a return or inadequate repackaging leading to return breakage may forfeit refunds.

Returned packages from any destination due to an insufficient address, forwarding address, or refusal to pay customs fees will incur a fee from the Post Office for their return to us. This return fee, plus the original shipping fees, will be deducted from any refunds issued.
